The statute of Westminster 2, 13 Edw. 1,
St. 1.--1285.

    CHAP. 1.  In gifts in tail, the donor's will shall be
observed.--The form of a formedon.  (Part.)
    CHAP. 2.  A Recordare to remove a plaint.--
Pledges to prosecute a suit.--Second deliverance.
    CHAP. 7.  Admeasurement of dower for the
guardian and the heir; and the process thereon.
    CHAP. 11.  The master's remedy against their
servants and accomptants.  (Part.)
    CHAP. 14.  The process in an action of waste.--
A writ to enquire of waste.
    CHAP. 15.  An infant eloigned may sue by prochein
    CHAP. 22.  Waste maintainable by one tenant,
in common against another.
    CHAP. 24.  A writ of measure of a house, &c.
levied and aliened to another.--A quod permittat
juris utrum
for a parson of a church.--In like cases,
like writs be grantable.  (Part.)
    CHAP. 31.  An exception to a plea shall be
sealed by the justices.
    CHAP. 34.  It is felony to commit a rape.--A
married woman elopeth with an advowterer.--The

    CHAP. 37.  No distress shall be taken but by
bailiffs known and sworn.
    CHAP. 45.  The process of exception of things
recorded within the year, or afterwards.

The statute of Winchester, 13 Edw. 1, St.

    CHAP. 1.  Fresh suit shall be made after felons
and robbers from town to town.
    CHAP. 4.  At what time the gates of great towns
shall be shut.--And when the night watch shall
begin and end.

An ordinance for inquests, 33 Edw. 1, St.

    He that challengeth a jury or juror for the king,
shall shew cause.

An ordinance for measuring of land, 33
Edw. 1, St. 6.--1305.

Stat. de frangentibus prisonam, 1 Edw. 2,
St. 2.--1307.

    In what cases it is felony to break prison, in
what not.

Stat. de carleol de finibus, 15 Edw. 2.--

    The connusor of a fine shall come personally
before the justices.--Where a commission shall be
awarded to take a fine.--Who may admit attornies. 

Prerogativa regis, 17 Edw. 2, St. 1.--

    CHAP. 9.  His prerogative in the custody of
lands of idiots. (Part.)
    CHAP. 10.  His prerogative in the preservation
of the lands of lunatics.

1 Edw. 3, St. 2.--1327.

    CHAP. 16.  Who shall be assigned justices and
keepers of the peace.

4 Edw. 3.--1330.

    CHAP. 2.  The authority of justices of assize,
gaol delivery, and of the peace.  (Part.)

14 Edw. 3, St. 1.--1340.

    CHAP. 6.  A record which is defective by the
misprison of a clerk shall be amended.
    CHAP. 10.  Sheriffs shall have the keeping of
gaols.--A prisoner by duress becometh an approver.

25 Edw. 3, St. 5.--1350.

    CHAP. 2.  A declaration which offences shall be
adjudged treason.
    CHAP. 3.  No indictor shall be put upon the
inquest of the party indicted.
    CHAP. 10.  Every measure shall be according 
to the king's standard; and shall be striked without
heaps.--Saving the rents of lords.  (Part.)
