STATUTES FOUND APPLICABLE,
CHAP. 12. An act for the impounding of distresses. (Part.) The first section of this statute appears to have
been, and to remain in force, at least as to the prohibition CHAP. 13. An act touching bailment of persons. (Part.) As to the 2d and 3d sections of this statute, see
