    CHAP. 3.  See 3 Bl. Com. 183.  But it does not
appear that this writ of entry has been used in
the province.
    CHAP. 5. Although by the charter, (S. 4,)
the proprietor was entitled to the patronages and
advowsons of all churches that might be built in 
that region, it appears by reference to the act of
1702, Ch. 1, that the ministers were presented, inducted
and appointed by the governor, or commander
in chief.
    CHAP. 6. See 2 Inst. 366.








    CHAP. 11.  Actions of account, or proceedings
in the nature of such actions, were very frequent.
