powers and privileges, intended
This statute was declared to extend to all the colonies, &c. in America, by 14 George 2, Ch. 37. CHAP. 23. An act for the further preventing robbery,
burglary and other felonies, See the note on 4 George 1, Ch. 11.
8 George 1.--A. D. 1721. ----- CHAP. 6. An act for granting the people called quakers,
such forms of affirmation See the note on 7 and 8 W. 3, Ch. 34. CHAP. 12. An act giving further encouragement for
the importation of naval stores, This statute related to importations from the colonies. CHAP. 18. An act to prevent the clandestine running of goods, &c. (Part.) The 22d section, relating to copper ore, was in force in the province. CHAP. 24. An act for the more effectual suppression of piracy. See the note on 28 Henry 8, Ch. 15. The last
section of this statute, declared, that it should extend 11 George 1.--A. D. 1724. ----- CHAP. 7. An act for rating such unrated goods and
