Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Trustees of
the Antioch Methodist Episcopal Church South, of Antioch,
Dorchester county,

Which bill being on its second reading,

Mr. Biddison moved to strike out the enacting clause of
the bill.

The question being upon concurring in the motion,
