A bill entitled an Act to extend the time limited by the Act
of 1867, chapter 189, section 6, for producing and perpetuat-
ing the evidence of the ownership, so far as the same relates
to citizens of Dorchester county.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 36, Article 19, of
the Public Local Laws, title Somerset county, regulating
the terms of the Circuit Court for Somerset county, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

Which was read a first time and referred to Messrs. Corbin,
Horsey and Stewart, of Dorchester.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to continue in force an Act entitled
an Act to regulate and make uniform the fees of Constables,
passed January session, 1855, chapter 67.
