Mr. Montague, Chairman of a select committee, (the rules
being suspended,) reported favorably

A bill entitled a further supplement to an Act entitled an
Act to incorporate companies to make several Turnpike Roads
through Baltimore county, and for other purposes, passed at
November session, 1804.

Which was read a first time.

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

I have this day signed and transmitted to the Clerk of the
Court of Appeals the following bills received from your
Honorable Body, on the11th day of March, instant:

An Act to incorporate the German Savings Bank of Mary-
land.

An Act to incorporate the National Savings Bank of Balti-
more.

An Act to incorporate the Monumental Savings Institu-
tion.

An Act to extend the time to the County Commissioners
of the several counties of this State and the Appeal Tax
Court of Baltimore city, for hearing appeals under the Act of
1866, chapter 157.

An Act to incorporate the Consolidated Real Estate and
Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore.

An Act to provide for the repayment out of the storage and
outage on tobacco of moneys heretofore demanded and re-
ceived by the Inspector of Tobacco, in violation of the Acts of
1864, chapter 346, and 1865, chapter 194, and to repeal the
Act of 1867, chapter 148, in relation to that subject.

An Act to facilitate the examination of titles to land in
Baltimore county, by authorizing the Clerk of the Circuit
