The vote by which the enacting clause of the bill entitled
an Act to incorporate "The Fairmount Academy in District
No. 11, Somerset county,

Was stricken out,
Was reconsidered.

The question recurring on striking out the enacting
clause,

It was decided in the negative,

And the hill was placed in the file of Senate bills for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 18 of Article 73,
of the Public General Laws entitled Penitentiary, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
