estate by executors and administrators, resident in Wicom-
ico county where such administration was commenced in
either of the counties of Somerset or Worcester.

tee on the Judiciary.

The bill entitled an Act to compensate Charles J. M.
Gwynn, William P. Maulsby, and Bernard Carter, Commis-
sioners appointed by the Governor to prepare drafts of laws
pursuant to the provisions of the 48th section of the 3d Arti-
cle of the Constitution of this State.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Claims.

The bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Frederick and Pennsylvania Line Rail
Road Company, chapter 298.

Creek, and for other purposes.
