an Act to amend the Act of 1860, chapter 303, entitled an
Act to carry into effect the 8th section of the Act entitled an
Act for the promotion of Internal Improvements, passed at
January session, 1835, chapter 395, by applying the unap-
propriated part of the appropriation made by said Act for
the purposes of Internal Improvements in Worcester county,
to the construction of the Worcester Rail Road and the
Wicomico and Pocomoke Rail Road,
