the Laws of Maryland, passed at the, January session, 1865,
entitled an Act to repeal section 146 of the third Article of
the Code of Public Local Laws relating to the office of Regis-
ter of Wills for Baltimore county, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

ably a bill entitled an Act to authorize and require the
County Commissioners of Baltimore and Harford counties to
levy a sum of money for the construction of a bridge over the
Little Gunpowder River, at Emory's Ford,

Mr. McCulloh, Chairman of a select committee, reported
favorably a bill entitled an Act to provide for the indexing
the records in the office of the Register of Wills for Allegany
county.

Mr. Poteet, Chairman of a select committee, reported
favorably a Senate bill entitled an Act supplemental to an
Act to provide for the restoration of the records, indexes,
dockets, and papers destroyed or injured by fire in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county,
passed January session, 1867, chapter 234.

And the House took up for consideration the bill entitled
an Act in favor of the Western Maryland Rail Road Com-
