the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Carroll county," sub-
title "County Commissioners," and to re-enact the same
with amendments,

Mr. Harden submitted the following amendment:

Add at end of section 11, Provided, that the said Com-
missioners shall not allow the said Clerk any extra compensa-
tion for any services he may render said Commissioners.
