of the Acts of 1865, entitled an Act to add additional sections
to Article 93 of the Code of Public General Law's, entitled
Testamentary Law, and relating to sales of real estate by order
ot Orphans' Courts, to come in after section 328, of said
Article, and to insert in said Article in lieu of the section so
