On motion of Mr. Markland, Leave was granted to Messrs. Markland, Blake, Pent-land, The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Manchester Being upon a third reading, Mr. Smith, of Baltimore city, moved a call of the House. On motion of Mr. Legg, At 2 o'clock and 35 minutes, P. M., the House adjourned TUESDAY, February 18th. 1868. The House met, and was opened with prayer by the Rev.
