Being upon a second reading,

Mr. Marshall submitted the following amendment:

Sec. 10. And be it enacted that this company shall not be
privileged to charge tolls on any vehicle passing over this
road for the purpose of attending a funeral.

Which was adopted.

Directors of the Baltimore and Pikesville Rail Road Company
of Baltimore,

Being upon a second reading,

Mr. Pentland submitted the following amendment:

Sec. 21. And be it enacted. That nothing herein shall be
construed to allow the company to charge for any funeral
that may have occasion to use the cars for the purpose of
going to or from a cemetery.
