chapter two hundred and thirty-four, entitled " An act
to amend an act to provide for the erection of a hospital

sixth and eighth of the act of Assembly of eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-four, chapter two hundred and forty-
eight, entitled "An act for the government of the insane
asylum, and to regulate admissions thereto, and to
