67. The said Clerk shall record the said judg-
ment forthwith, and shall endorse thereon the time
and place of its record, and may then deliver the
same to the plaintiff,

Sale.

68. Nosale of any real or leasehold property made
by any Constable under any execution issued upon
any judgment rendered by any Justice of the
Peace of this State shall be valid unless it shall
appear that the provisions of the two preceding
Sections have been complied with.

CHAPTER 444.
AN ACT to appropriate an additional sum of
money for the more speedy publication of vol-
umes twenty-five, twenty-six and twenty-seven,
Maryland Reports.

tion.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the sum of fifteen hundred
dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated, in
addition to the regular appropriations, to aid in
the more speedy publication of volumes twenty-
five, twenty-six and twenty-seven, Maryland Re-
ports.

rant.
|
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the Comptroller
of the Treasury be and he is hereby required to
draw his warrant upon the Treasurer, in favor of
the State Reporter, on the delivery of the State
copies of the said volume twenty-five at the State
Library, the sum of five hundred dollars ; on the
delivery of the State copies of said volume twenty-
six, the sum of five hundred dollars ; and on the
delivery of the State copies of said volume twenty-
seven, the sum of five hundred dollars.

Sec; 3. And be it enacted. That this Act shall
take effect upon the date of its passage.
