	CHAPTER 438.
	AN ACT to pay the per diem and expenses of the Joint Committee appointed by the General As- sembly, at its last session, to meet a similar com- mittee appointed by the State of Virginia, to settle and adjust the boundary line between Maryland and Virginia on the Eastern Shore.
Appropria- tion. In force.	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrant on the Treasurer for the payment of the following sums of money, that is to say : to Isaac D. Jones, three hundred dollars ; to William J. Aydelott, two hundred and seventy-six dollars and nine cents ; to Levin S. Waters, one hundred and twenty-five dollars ; to John Delacamp, three hundred and forty-seven dollars and eighty-seven and a-half cents ; to William H. Roach, thirty dollars. Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 30, 1868.

	CHAPTER 439. AN ACT to regulate the time of holding the respective Circuit Courts . for the counties composing the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Mary- land, and to repeal the Local Laws for the said counties in reference thereto.
