hundred and eighty-five dollars and fifty cents, for
stationery furnished the Register of Births, Deaths
and Marriages, To the Secretary of the Senate,
the sum of one hundred dollars, for services ren-
dered under an order of the House of Delegates,
passed at January Session, 1867. James M. Rid-
out, the sum of five dollars and ninety-two cents,
to reimburse him for taxes erroneously paid into
the Treasury. Joseph M. Parke, the sum of fif-
teen dollars and fifty cents, for advertising Con-
stitutional Admendment in the Democratic Advo-
cate, by order of the Governor. Richard F. Mof-
fett, late collector of taxes in Kent County, the
sum of twenty-eight dollars and thirty-nine cents,
to reimburse him for money erroneously paid into
the State Treasury. John E. Bromwell, the sum
of thirteen dollars and ninety-five cents, to reim-
burse him for taxes erroneously paid into the
Treasury. A. W. Bateman, the sum of one hun-
dred and forty-eight dollars, for publishing in the
Aegis and Intelligencer, Acts of Assembly passed
at January Session, 1867. Thomas H. Kemp, the
sum of twenty-six dollars and sixty- four cents, for
appearance fees in sundry State cases in the Cir-
cuit Court for Caroline County. Richard Tydings,
the sum of sixty-two dollars and seventy-five
cents, for repairing stoves, &c., about the Senate
Chamber. William Snowden and John Snowden,
executors of Rezin H. Snowden, deceased, the sum
of twenty-three dollars and fifty-one cents, to re-
imburse them for taxes erroneously paid into the
Treasury by the said Rezin H. Snowden. Thomas
E. Dell & Son, the sum of one hundred and twen-
ty-two dollars, for expenses incurred in distribu-
ting report of the Emigration Agent, and G. W.
Cruikshank, the sum of fifteen dollars and fifty
cents, for advertising Constitutional Amendment
in the Cecil Democrat. Abraham Grabb, the sum
of twenty-five dollars and fifty-six cents, for taxes
erroneously paid into the Treasury. John Mur-
phy & Co., the sum of one thousand and thirty-
six dollars and seventy-five cents, for stationery
and books furnished the State Library. James
