CHAPTER 341.
AN ACT supplementary to an Act entitled an Act
to Incorporate the Queenstown and Harrington
Railway Company, Chapter three hundred and
fifty-four, passed March twenty-second, eighteen
hundred and sixty-seven.

Time ex-
tended.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the time for commencing and
constructing the Queenstown and Harrington Rail-
way, is hereby extended for two years from the
time fixed in the said Act for constructing the same.

CHAPTER 342.
AN ACT to repeal an Act entitled "An Act to
regulate the issuing of license for the sale of
spirituous or fermented liqudrs within the bo-
rough of North East, in Cecil County," passed
at January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-
four, Chapter three hundred and forty-eight,
and to enact the following in lieu thereof:

Repealed and
re-enacted.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Act entitled "An Act to
regulate the issuing of license for the sale of
spirituous or fermented liquors within the borough
of North East, in Cecil County," passed at Jan-
uary Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-four,
Chapter three hundred and forty-eight, be and the
same is hereby repealed and the following enacted
in lieu thereof:

Circuit Court for Cecil County shall, before the
