Sec. 15. And be it enacted, That the said County
Commissioners shall cause to be placed at the forks
of the public roads in Caroline and Talbot Coun-
ties, as they may deem necessary, finger boards or
signs showing the prominent points or places that
the said roads lead to, and the distance to such
points or places, and any person tearing down or
defacing such finger boards shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof before a
Justic of the Peace, shall be fined not less than
five nor more than ten dollars.

Sec. 16. And be it enacted, That all laws or
parts of laws inconsistent witfy the provisions of
this Act be and the same are hereby repealed.

Sec. 17. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 330.
AN ACT to repeal Sections forty-four, forty-five
and forty-six of Article sixteen of the Code of
Public Local Laws entitled "Prince George's
County," under head of " Collectors," and Sec-
tions forty-seven, forty-eight and forty-nine, ad-
ditional Sections to said Article, under same
head, enacted by Act of eighteen hundred and
sixty-four, Chapter three hundred and twenty-
six, and to re-enact the same with amendments
and additions.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Sections forty-four, forty-five
and forty-six of Article sixteen of the Code of
Public Local Laws entitled "Prince George's
County," under head of " Collectors,", and Sec-
