CHAPTER 317.
AN ACT to continue in force and Act entitled
"An Act to Regulate and Make Uniform the
Fees of Constables," passed January Session,
eighteen hundred and sixty-five, Chapter sixty-
seven.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Act of January Session,
eighteen hundred and sixty-five, Chapter sixty-
seven, entitled "An Act to Regulate and make
Uniform the Fees of Constables," and which will
expire on the first day of April, eighteen hundred
and sixty-nine, be and the same is hereby con-
tinued in force until the first day of April, eigh-
teen hundred and seventy.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 318.
AN ACT to repeal Section one hundred and three,
of Chapter one hundred and eighty-three,
entitled "An Act to Incorporate the Town of
Princes Anne, in Somerset County, Maryland,"
and re-enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Section one hundred and three,
Chapter one hundred and eighty-three, entitled
"An Act to Incorporate the Town of Princes
Anne, in Somerset County, Maryland," be and
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted to read
as follows :
Sec. 103. And be it enacted, That the white
male citizens of said town who have resided therein
