CHAPTER 315.
AN ACT to sanction a grant of land from the Rev-
erend John Chew to Saint Paul's Parish in
Prince George's County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Reverend John Chew may
grant to Saint Paul's Parish, in Prince George's
County, his right, title and interest in and to a
parcel of land containing eight acres and seven
sixteenths of an acre, more or less, contiguous to
the lot on which the church and parsonage of said
Parish stand at Woodville, and may execute a deed
conveying all his said right, title and interest in
and to said land to the Vestry of the Parish in
trust for the use of said Parish.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 316.
AN ACT to repeal Section two of an Act passed
March twenty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-
seven, Chapter three hundred and twenty-nine,
entitled an act to provide for the selection,
drawing and summoning of jurors in the several
counties and prescribing their qualification, and
re-enact the same with amendments.
