officers have registered, and also the names of
those persons whom the Judge of a Court to which
an appeal from the decision of said officers of Re-
gistration has been taken, has decided to be enti-
tled to be registered. And in the lists for Balti-
more City, the, residence of every voter shall be
affixed opposite to his name, and said officers of
Registration shall cause said lists to be published
in two newspapers in Baltimore City, one of which
shall be published in the German language, and
also by hand-bills posted in such public places as
they may select, in the several wards of Baltimore
City and the districts of the several counties.

Sec. 10. For the purpose of correcting said book
of Registration and said list as made and published
by said officers of Registration, they shall, for three
successive days, in the city of Baltimore, Baltimore
County, Allegany County, and two days in the re-
maining counties of the State, commencing on the
second Monday in October, and on the same day in
every year thereafter, at some place in their respec-
tive wards and districts convenient to the voters
thereof, sit with open doors from nine o'clock, A.
M., until nine o'clock, P. M., in Baltimore City,
and from nine o'clock, A. M., until six o'clock, P.
M., in the counties ; and they shall give at least
five days' notice of the time and place of their
sitting by publication in three newspapers pub-
lished in Baltimore City, one of which shall be

paper in each county in which a newspaper is pub-

district, and in case of change in the places of sit-
ting, shall at once publish in said papers notice of
such change.
