CHAPTER 263. AN ACT to refund to B. B. Bush, late Collector of State Taxes iu Baltimore County, moneys er- roneously paid into the State Treasury by him in the year eighteen hundred and sixty-four, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, eighteen hun- dred sixty-six.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Trea- sury be and he is hereby directed to draw his war- rant upon the Treasurer iu favor of B. B. Bush, late Collector of State Taxes in Baltimore County, for the sum of one hundred and fourteen dollars and sixteen cents, this being the amount over paid by said Bush to the Treasury of Maryland as ap- pears by the certificate of the Comptroller of the Treasury.	Treasurer to pay.
Sec 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 30, 1868.	In force.

CHAPTER 264. AN ACT to authorize the Commissioners of the Insane Hospital at Catonsville to receive inebri- ates as patients until the Hospital for Inebriates proper shall be completed.
SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Commissioners of the In- sane Hospital at Catonsville be and they are hereby authorized to receive inebriates as patients in said Hospital subject to the same charges and condi- tions as other patients until the Hospital for Ine- briates proper shall be completed.	Admit ine- briates.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from its passage. Approved March 30, 1868.	In force.
