bonds of Dorchester County aforesaid as shall have
been disposed of by the said Company ; and also,
at the option of the said Company, to estimate and
allow the bonds of said county at such time remain-
ing unsold in the possession of the said Company,
as cash actually paid as aforesaid, at the rate of
ninety cents in the dollar on the par value of said
bonds.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the day of its passage.

CHAPTER 185.
AN ACT to authorize Aurelia A. Long and Wil-
liam H. Roach, temporary guardians, to settle
their accounts as guardians to Alexander Long,
and to deliver over the estate to their said ward.

WHEREAS, Alexander Long and his temporary
guardians are anxious that the said Alexander
Long may receive all his property, and act as a
man of full age in relation thereto ; therefore,
|
Preamble.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Aurelia A. Long and William
H. Roach, temporary guardians to Alexander Long,
a minor, be and they are hereby authorized to pass
their account as guardians as aforesaid, before the
Orphans' Court of Somerset County, and to pay
and deliver over the said Alexander Long all his
property, real and personal, and. monies that may
be due to him on the said final account, and to take
his receipt for the same, which shall be acknowl-
edged and recorded in the. office of the Register of
Wills for said county, and have the same effect as
if the same was executed by a person of full age.
