CHAPTER 164.
AN ACT for the relief of Columbus Scarborough of Harford County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Harford County be and they are hereby authorized to levy on the assessable property of said county the sum of fifty dollars annually for the use of Columbus Scarborough, a helpless cripple living in said county so long as the same may be neces- sary for his support.	Levy annually
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall be in force and take effect from the date of its pas- sage. Approved March 20, 1868.	In force.

CHAPTER 165. AN ACT to incorporate the Patapsco Guano Com- pany of Baltimore.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That Francis Neale, Benj. G. Harris, George W. Grafflin and G. A. Leibig, their asso- ciates, successors and assigns, be and they are hereby created a body corporate by the name and style of "The Patapsco Guano Company of Balti- more," and by that name shall have perpetual succession, and shall be capable in law to hold and dispose of property, real, personal and mixed, fee simple or leasehold, to sue and be sued, to plead and be impleaded, to answer and defend, and be answered and defended in any Court of law or equity and in any other place whatsoever, to re- ceive and make deeds and contracts, to make, have and use a common seal, and the same to change, alter and renew at pleasure, to ordain and estab-
