Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That a jury shall he
drawn and summoned, according to the mode pre-
scribed by law for drawing and summoning jurors,
to attend at the March and September terms of
said Court ; and whenever the said Court, or a ma-
jority of the Judges thereof, shall deem it expe-
dient and shall so order, a jury may be drawn and
summoned to the January and July terms, in the
same manner as for other terms.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That all proceedings
winch may have been had in the Circuit Court for
Wicomico County, in pursuance of the order of the
Judges thereof, appointing terms thereof, be and
they are hereby ratified, confirmed and made valid.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That the Judges of said
Court may pass all such rules as may be necessary
for facilitating the business of the county, and such
rules shall provide for the transaction of equity
business, and the said Court for equity business
shall be considered as always open.

Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter one hundred and fifty-
three, passed January session, eighteen hundred
and sixty-seven, entitled "An Act to add an ad-
ditional section to Article thirty, of the Code of
Public General Laws, relating to Crimes and
Punishments, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Act passed at January ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, Chapter two
hundred and forty-seven, entitled an Act to add an
