take effect from the date of its passage, the Gen-

CHAPTER 41.

AN ACT to authorize and direct the Treasurer to
pay to Mrs. Frances Miller, a sum of money due
William R. Miller, deceased, for per diem and
mileage, as a member of the Legislature of
Maryland, at the session of eighteen hundred
and sixty-one.
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller issue his war-
rant to the Treasurer, authorizing and directing
him to pay to Mrs, Frances Miller, mother of Wil-
liam R. Miller, deceased, the sum of one hundred
rant seventeen dollars, that sum being the amount
of per diem and mileage due the said deceased as
a member of the Legislature of Maryland, at the
session of eighteen hundred and sixty-one, from
Cecil County.
