LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

fifteen of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Montgomery County," relating to the number of
Justices of the Peace and Constables, be and the
same is hereby repealed, and the following enacted
as a substitute therefor :

Justices and
Constables.

Sec. 39. There shall he the following number of
Justices of the Peace and Constables for Mont-
gomery County : For Election District number
one, three Justices of the Peace and two Consta-
bles; for Election District number two, three Jus-
tices of the Peace and two Constables ; for Elec-
tion District number three, three Justices of the
Peace and two Constables ; for Election District
number four, four Justices of the Peace and three
Constables ; for Election District number five,
three Justices of the Peace and two Constables ;
and one of the Justices of the Peace and one of
the Constables appointed for fourth District shall
be residents in the corporation limits of the town
of Rockvillc, and who shall give special diligence
to preserve the Peace of said town.

Enforce.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 33.

AN ACT to incorporate the town of Lutherville
in Baltimore county.

Incorporated.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the citizens of the town of Lu-
therville, in Baltimore county, be and they are
hereby created a body corporate by the name of
the Commissioners of Lutherville, with all the
privileges of a body corporate and have a common
seal and perpetual succession, and shall be able and
capable in law to sue and be sued, plead and be im-
