House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 20 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled Baltimore city, sub-title Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, and to re- enact the same, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol- lows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Grove, Browne, Hyland, Brewer, Hammond, Clarke, Spates, Denson, Snyder, Earle, Smith, Fields, Walsh—14. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled an Act to regulate and make uniform. the fees of Justices of the Peace. On motion by Mr. Hyland, This bill was indefinitely postponed. House bill entitled an Act releasing the right of this State to a distributive portion of the personal estate of James W. O'Hara, deceased, in favor of James W. O'Hara, his only son and next of kin, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol- lows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
