President, Lee, Browne, Maddox, Brewer, Miller, Clarke, Malone, Carroll, Parker, of Calvert, Fields, Snyder, Grove, Smith, Henkle, Welch—17. Hammond, NEGATIVE—None. And he reported favorably House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, to issue the bonds of said city for the purposes of building a City Hall. Which was read a second time. The rules were again suspended by the following vote : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Maddox, Browne, Miller, Brewer, Malone, Clarke, Parker, of Calvert, Carroll, Snyder, Grove, Smith, Henkle, Walsh, Hammond, Welch—17. Lee, NEGATIVE—None.
