Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1867,
chapter 290, entitled an Act to add a new Article to the
Code of Public General Laws, to be entitled Public Roads,
and to re-enact the following sections in lieu thereof.

Endorsed, "Senate amendments concurred in, and passed
by yeas and nays."

Also, returned the following bills :

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commission-
ers of Anne Arundel county to contribute one thousand dol-
lars towards the purchase of the bridge at Elk Ridge Land-
ing-
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 57, 58, 59,
60 and 61, of Article 16, of the Public Local Law of Prince
George's county, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act to refund B. B. Bush, late Col-
lector of State taxes in Baltimore county, monies erroneously
paid into the State Treasury by him in the years 1864, 1865
and 1866.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commission-
ers of the Insane Hospital at Catonsville, to receive Inebriates
as patients, until the Hospital for Inebriates proper shall be
completed.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Long Green
and Jarrettsville Turnpike Company, in Harford and Balti-
more counties.

Endorsed " Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act to release George W.Kennerley,
a minor of Wicomico county.
