Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2 of an Act passed March 21, 1867, chapter 329, entitled an Act to pro- vide for the selection, drawing and summoning of jurors in the several counties, and prescribing their qualifications, and re-enact the same with amendment. Was considered, and ordered to lie on the table. Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the supervision and construction of roads, bridges and public buildings in Baltimore county, and to repeal all local laws on said sub- ject now in force in said county. Was considered, and ordered to lie on the table. Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit the sale of intoxi- cating liquors within one-fourth of a mile of the school house in School District No. 11, in Anne Arundel county, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
