ter 110, of the law passed January 20th 1808, entitled an
Act to incorporate the contributors to the Baltimore General
Dispensary.

With the following amendments.
Section 2, line 8, strike out the words "forever hereafter."

Add at the end of section 2 provided that nothing herein
contained shall be construed to authorize said corporation to
issue any scrip or other device as currency, and the General
Assembly reserves the right to amend or repeal this Act when
the same shall be deemed advisable.
