NEGATIVE — None.

 

Said hill was then sent to the Senate.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor, Alder-
men and Common Council of Frederick, to subscribe to the
capital stock of the Frederick and Pennsylvania Line Rail
Road Company, and to endorse the bonds of said Company.

Being upon a third reading,

Mr. Iglehart moved that the further consideration thereof
he postponed, and the bill made the order of the day for
Thursday next, the 6th of February, and be printed.

Decided in the negative.

On motion of Mr. Wentz,

The vote by which the motion to postpone and print was
decided in the negative, was reconsidered.

The question then recurring upon the motion to postpone
and print.

On motion of Mr. Syester.

The words " Thursday, the 6th," were stricken out and
the words " Tuesday, the 4th," inserted.

The motion was then adopted.

The bill entitled an Act authorizing the Commissioners
appointed under the Act of 1840, chapter 215, and its several
supplements, to invest certain funds remaining; in their
hands.

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :
