544 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 18, Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 98, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title, "City of Balti- more," sub-title, "Auctions," and to re-enact the same with amendments, Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Hammond, Browne, Lee, Biggs, Miller, Brewer, Malone, Carroll, Parker, of Calvert, Earle, Spates, Fields, Snyder, Grove, Smith, Henkle, Walsh, Hyland, Welch—20. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 36, Article 19, of the Public Local Laws, title, Somerset county, regulating the terms of the Circuit Court for Somerset county, and to re-enact the same with amendment, Was taken up, and On motion by Mr. Hyland, The rules were suspended by the following vote: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Hammond, Browne, Lee, Biggs, Miller, Brewer, Malone, Carroll, Parker, of Calvert, Earle, Spates, Fields, Snyner, Grove, Smith, Henkle, Walsh, Hyland, Welch—20. NEGATIVE—None.
