1868.] OF THE SENATE. 519 EVENING SESSION. TUESDAY, March 17th, 1868. The Senate met pursuant to adjournment. Present at roll call : Messrs. President, Browne, Biggs, Brewer, Denson, Earle, Fields, Hyland, Hammond, Kimmel, Lee, Miller, Malone, Snyder, Smith, Walsh, Welch—17. House bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to Article 16, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled " Chancery," to come in after section 78 of said Article, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Hyland, Browne, Lee, Biggs, Miller, Brewer, Malone, Denson, Snyder, Earle, Smith, Fields, Welch—14. NEGATIVE—None. The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled an Act to incorporate a company to build a turnpike road from the Georgetown Turnpike, to the Public Road leading from Adamstown to Greenfield Mills, passed by the General As- sembly of Maryland at its January session, in the year 1860, chapter 323, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
