Article 63 of the Code of Public General Laws of the State
of Maryland, entitled Landlord and Tenant, to fdilow sec-
tion 21,

Was taken up, and
Mr. Carroll offered the following amendments :

Strike out all after crops, in third line, section 22,
to line 5th, and the word lien, in the 6th line; strike out sec-
tions 23 and 24.

The question upon the adoption of said amendments was
determined in the affirmative by yeas and nays as fol-
lows :
