Senate bill entitled an Act to authorise the Comptroller of
the Treasury to adjust and settle the accounts due by Col-
lectors, Sheriffs, Clerks, Registers, and other receivers of the
public moneys, in cases where the indebtedness accrued prior
to the year 1866,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:
