Local Laws, relating to Havre-de-Grace, in Harford county,

House bill entitled an Act to give the assent of the Legis-
lature of this State to a bequest in the will of Susan A.
Goodwin, late of Charles county, deceased, to the vestry of
Trinity Parish, in said county,

of the day for Monday, 16th March next.

Senate bill entitled an Act to compensate Charles J. M.
Gwinn, Wm. P. Maulsby and Bernard Carter, Commission-
ers appointed by the Governor to prepare Drafts of Laws
pursuant to the provisions of the 48th section of the 3d Arti-
cle of the Constitution of this State,

Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
