The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled an Act to give the assent of the Legis- lature of this State to a bequest in the will of Susan A. Goodwin, late of Charles county, deceased, to the vestry of Trinity Parish, in said county, Was read the third time, postponed, and made the order of the day for Monday, 16th March next. Senate bill entitled an Act to compensate Charles J. M. Gwinn, Wm. P.
