Mr. Grove reported Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of l864, chap- ter 267, providing for a State subscription to Wingate's Maryland Register, and to re-enact the same with amend- ments. Which was read a first time. House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Dime Savings Bank of Cumberland, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
