Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 4, 5, 6, 7 and
8, of Art. 20, of the Code of Public Local Laws for Talbot
county, entitled "Alms House," and to re-enact the same
with amendments,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to promote the efficiency of the
Orphans' Court of Baltimore county,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

Senate bill' entitled an Act to repeal sections 3, 9, 16, 17
and 87, of Art. 73, of the Code of Public General Laws, re-
lating to the Maryland Penitentiary, and to substitute in lieu
of sections 3, 9, 16, 17 and 87, the following,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Cambridge
Harbor Internal Navigation and Wharf Company,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
