A bill entitled an Act to organize the Circuit Court for
Wicomico county, and to regulate the terms thereof.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 37, 38, 39, 46, 47,
48 and 54 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
relating to the town of Centreviile, Queen Anne's county,
and to re-enact the following as substitutes therefor.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal the 45th. seption of Article
29, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled Circuit
Courts for the counties, and substitute the following section
in lieu thereof.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal Chapter 153, passed Janu-
ary session, 1867, entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 30, of the Code of Public General Laws, re-
lating to Crimes and Punishments, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

A bill entitled an Act to refund to Lewis Tydings and
Henry Tydings, of Anne Arundel county, certain sums of
money erroneously paid into the Treasury.

A bill entitled an Act providing for the issue of execution
on judgments in Somerset and Worcester counties, against
persons residing in Wicomico county.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal the 32d section of Article
22 of the Public Local Laws, title " Worcester County,"
regulating the terms of court for said county, and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

A bill entitled an Act to ratify the proceedings of the
Sheriff and Constables of Somerset and Worcester counties,
upon executions issued to them prior to the formation of
Wicomico county.

A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay Benjamin Standiford, Tax Collector of Harford county,
for overpayment into the Treasury for the year 1865.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of Dorchester county, to sell and con-
vey the "Alms House" property of said county, and invest
so much of the proceeds thereof as may be necessary in the
building or purchasing another "Alms House" for said
county.

A bill entitled an Act regulating the number, and pre-
scribing the powers and duties of the County Commissioners
for Wicomico county.

Also,

Returned joint resolution directing the Librarian to fur-
nish the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Register of Wills of
Wicomico county, with certain books herein named.
