Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as

The bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
On motion by Mr. Brewer,

The vote by which, the motion to adjourn until Monday,
was rejected,

Was reconsidered.

And the yeas and nays being called on the original ques-
tion,

It was determined in the negative as follows :

Mr. Walsh moved that the rules be suspended, in order to
take up Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1 and 2
of the Acts of the Assembly of 1862, chapter 234, entitled an
Act to amend an Act to provide for the erection of a Hospital
for the Insane of this State, and sections 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the
Act of Assembly of 1864, chapter 248, entitled an Act for the
government of the Insane Asylum, and to regulate admis-
sions thereto, and to enact the following sections in lieu
thereof.

And the yeas and nays being called, resulted as follows :
AFFIRMATIVE.

Biggs, Miller,
