The bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct the Judges
of the Court of Appeals of Maryland to hear immediately the
appeal now pending in the said Court, wherein the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore is the appellant, and the
Union Railroad Company of Baltimore is the appellee.

Was read the second time and ordered to he engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to an
Act entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Ellicott's
Mills, by the name of Ellicott City.

Was re-committed to the select committee, consisting of
Messrs. Carroll and Clarke.

The hill entitled an Act to amend Article 59 of the Code
of Public General Laws relating to Mandamus, by adding
thereto additional sections,
