An Act to repeal section 100 of Article 30 of the Code of
General Public Laws, entitled Crimes and Punishments,
sub-title Larceny, and to re-enact the same with an amend-
ment.

An Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Anne
Arundel county to allow the Sheriff of said county additional
compensation for boarding prisoners.

An Act to repeal section 210 of Article 10 of the Public
Local Laws of Dorchester county, and to enact the following
in lieu thereof.

An Act to declare the sanction of the General Assembly
ot Maryland, to the bequest of Victor Thompson, late of
Washington county, deceased, to the Trustees of the Presby-
terian Church of Hagerstown, in said county.

An Act to authorize and empower the County Commis-
sioners of Allegany county to levy a certain sum of money for
David Duncan, late Sheriff of Allegany county.

An Act to incorporate the Pacific Fire Insurance Com-
pany of Baltimore.

An Act for the relief of Wm. S. Bowman.

An Act to incorporate a company to build a turnpike road
from Pipe Creek through Middleburg to Taneytovra, in Car-
roll county.

A supplement to the Act entitled an Act to incorporate a
company to build a turnpike road from Libertytown, Fred-
erick county, through Johnsville to Pipe Creek, passed Jan-
uary session, 1864, chapter 338.

An Act to pay Elizabeth C. .Dorsey, of Frederick county,
widow of Vachel W. Dorsey, who was a soldier of the war
of 1812, from the State of Maryland, an annual pension of
$80 during her natural life.

An Act to prohibit horse racing in the public roads of
Queen Anne's county.

An Act to repeal the Act of 1864, chapter 405, relating to
the establishing of a uniform system of public printing.

An Act to incorporate the Parkton and Manchester Rail
Road Company.

An Act to protect Oysters in Honga and Nanticoke Rivers
during the summer months.

An Act to authorise and direct the State Librarian to sub-
scribe for a sufficient number of Simon J. Martinet's large
Maps of the State of Maryland, to furnish, each school house
in the State, not already supplied therewith., with a copy of
said map.
