A bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act entitled a further
supplement to an Act to incorporate companies to make sev-
eral turnpike roads through Baltimore county and for other
purposes, passed 20th day of March, 1865, and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act amendatory of an Act passed Feb-
ruary 13,1862, and entitled an Act to incorporate the Balti-
more City Passenger Railway Company.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 153,
passed January session, 1867, entitled an Act to add an
additional section to Article 30 of the Code of Public General
Laws, relating to Crimes and Punishments, and to re-enact
the same with amendments,

Mr. Latrobe, Chairman of the Committee on Ways and
Means, reported favorably

The Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit the collectors of
city and county taxes from applying money collected by them
for city and county purposes to the payment of State taxes.
