The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to issue the bonds of said city for the
purpose of building a City Hall,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading,
And having been engrossed,
Mr. Pentland moved that the bill be read a third time
this day in accordance with the provisions of the Constitu-
tion, section 27, Article 3.
