The bill entitled an Act to pay the per diem and expenses
of the Joint Committee appointed by the General Assembly
at its last session to meet a similar Committee appointed by
the State of Virginia, to settle and adjust the boundary line
between Maryland and Virginia on the Eastern Shore,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading,
And having been engrossed,
Mr. Smith, of Worcester, moved that the bill be read a
third time this day, in accordance with the provisions of the
Constitution, section 27, Article 3, of the Constitution.
